Docking
The foundation of our dishes is French cuisine, using the finest ingredients. Our country has so much to offer: fish and shellfish, mussels and oysters, forests teeming with game, unique cheeses, sustainable meat and poultry, and a wealth of vegetables and herbs—everything needed to create delicious dishes. Wherever possible, we strive to utilize these (local) ingredients to the fullest.
This also aligns seamlessly with the origins of our unique location in Elburg and its rich history: a unique national monument with a stepped gable dating from around the 15th to 16th centuries within the Elburg Fortress near the historic harbor.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Chef Peter Kok and his team, after which you will be surprised by refined and, of course, delicious dishes prepared in our cozy open kitchen by Peter and his team! Our vision of what a wonderful evening of enjoying food and drinks should be is best expressed by this sentence left in one of our reviews: "A relaxed, very pleasant atmosphere without any fuss."
