At Le Havre in Elburg, you are a guest in our living room: art deco interior, personal hospitality, beautiful music, our delicious dishes, a regularly changing and surprising menu and an extensive wine list.
The basis of our dishes is French cuisine. We use the most beautiful products. Our country has so much to offer; fish and shellfish, mussels and oysters, forests full of game, unique cheeses, sustainable meat and poultry and a wealth of vegetables and herbs; everything needed to make delicious dishes. Where possible, we strive to make full use of these (local) ingredients.
This also fits in seamlessly with the origins of our special location in Elburg and its rich history; a unique national monument with a stepped gable from around the 15th to 16th century within Elburg Fortress near the historic harbour.
Our Chef Peter Kok and his team cook refined and of course especially tasty dishes from our new open kitchen according to the principles of local, pure, quality and sustainable .
